Zach Voth
Zach is a highly respected adjudicator, designer, clinician, and instructor in Southern California’s marching arts community, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in shaping and evaluating programs.
A proud alumnus of San Diego State University, he is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Management. Previously, Zach served as the Director of Jazz at Del Norte High School in San Diego, CA, before transitioning into the private sector as a Project Manager. Zach’s extensive work in the marching arts includes consulting for Gold Drum and Bugle Corps, and optimizing logistical and operational processes as a tour administrator with Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps. As a Visual Caption Coordinator, he has successfully guided several high school programs across Southern California to competitive success, with a focus on elevating visual standards. In addition to his instructional expertise, Zach has been a driving force for positive change as part of the Pacific Crest Youth Arts Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board.
His work in member advocacy has helped shape initiatives that prioritize inclusivity, support underrepresented members, and foster a culture of belonging within the organization. As a respected adjudicator, Zach continues to bring his expertise to both indoor and outdoor pageantry competitions, offering insightful evaluations for top circuits such as WBA, AzMBA, CSBC, and others, contributing to the ongoing development of the marching arts community
