Robert Sherretz
Robert Sherretz, based in Orlando, Florida, has been actively involved in the marching arts for over 20 years. Following high school, he continued his performance career with the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Marching Band (2003–2004), Magic of Orlando Colorguard (2002), and Bluecoats Colorguard (2005–2006).
Transitioning from performer to educator, Robert has served in a variety of instructional and design roles, including choreographer and technician with the Caballeros (2011), Colorguard Designer and Caption Head for Cadets2 Drum and Bugle Corps (2012), and Director and Designer of the Red Land High School/West Shore School District colorguard programs (2010–2019). He currently serves as Program Designer and Educational Director for the Windermere High School colorguard program (2023–present).
As an adjudicator, Robert has been evaluating visual design, design analysis, and general effect since 2015. He has worked with several respected organizations, including KIDA, USBands, WGASC, NYSFBC, FFCC, CWEA, and most recently WCWG. He also holds a WGI Circuit-Certified Equipment adjudication certification.
From an academic and professional perspective, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology, and a Master of Science in Classroom Technology, along with a PROSCI certification. With nearly 20 years of experience in education and learning design, he currently works as a Curriculum Designer and Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, LLP.
