Marlo Spritzer
Marlo (Ecke) Spritzer brings decades of knowledge and experience in color guard and education to her role as an adjudicator. After graduating from Stroudsburg High School in Pennsylvania, she went on to perform with Threshold Winter Guard ('88), Reading Buccaneers Drum & Bugle Corps ('88) and Field of View Winter Guard ('91, '92). Since then, Marlo has served as consultant, technician, designer, and director for a number of award-winning scholastic and independent color guards from novice to world class, including Field of View Winter Guard (1994-1996, 2009-2017) and Classics Colorguard (2018-2020). In 2022, she was inducted as a member of the Field of View Hall of Fame. During the fall season, Marlo serves as a color guard and visual effect adjudicator for USBands, and in the winterguard season she judges equipment and general effect.
Currently, Marlo lives in northeast Pennsylvania with her husband and three cats. She is the very proud mom of two adult children, and works as a high school English teacher. Marlo holds a B.S.Ed. in Secondary Education, a Master's Equivalency from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and an M.Ed. in Multicultural Education.
